Stock management systems

Even before goods arrive with us we’re keeping track of them through our sophisticated warehouse management system. Real-time stock control ensures stock integrity and location accuracy within the warehouse, and our systems monitor product demand to improve picking efficiency. Returned stock is booked back in quickly and accurately, giving you absolute clarity on the overall picture in real time.

Pick and pack

However picking is done - using paper, voice, finger scanner or hand-held terminal – our warehouse management software tracks the process from beginning to end, ensuring accuracy and creating a full audit trail.

Once an order is picked, it’s transferred to the experienced staff at our packing stations, where our state-of-the-art software keeps track of packaging usage.  And because it’s really important that orders arrive in pristine condition, our packers always have the most appropriate box or bag, whether we use your packaging suppliers or our own.

Contract transition

When you’ve made the decision to join us, we do everything we can to make the transition process run as smoothly as possible. We assign an experienced account management team to you from day one, working closely with your team and using recognised project management disciplines to effect a seamless integration.

If you’ve an incumbent provider, we’ll happily work with them to transfer data and collect existing stock from them at precisely the right time.
