The CCA has short listed Prolog and client RSPB for the Best Outsourcing Partnership category of the 2010 CCA Excellence Awards.

The winners will be announced at a Contact Centre Association gala dinner in Glasgow in November. Prolog won the category in 2009 for its management of the Nissan Motor (GB) Ltd customer and dealership service centre near Watford.
