Board Changes at Prolog

The Chairman of Promotional Logistics Ltd (Prolog), Britain’s largest privately owned communications and logistics outsourcing services company, Robert Audley will relinquish the role of Chief Executive at Prolog and will revert to that of Executive Chairman from 9th July 2012.
Also from that date there will be two Joint Managing Directors reporting to Robert. Prolog's Chief Operating Officer, Darshana Bawa, will be promoted to be one, together with Guy Smith. Guy rejoins the company after 8 years away during which time he has managed one or two of our competitors, most recently at Diss Promotional Services.
After 16 years with the Company, Ian Dignum has decided to leave Prolog at the end of 2012. Ian joined Prolog in 1996 and was appointed to the Board in 2004. Robert Audley commented:
“Ian is one of the most likeable people that I have worked with and he has made a huge contribution to Prolog during his time with us. On a personal and professional level, he will be greatly missed”
Prolog currently has sites in Sudbury, Annesley and Haydock. Recently, Prolog has had its plans approved for the Company's £50million development in Sudbury.
