1986: Mailing, coupon redemption and response handling are added to the list of services. Office space is found at Sulby House in Sudbury town centre, and by year-end the company boasts a staff of 70.
1987: With some very significant brands already on the books - including British Airways - a second warehouse is added, along with an in-house IT department and additional office space.
